Housing Compliance

In order to use the federal guest worker H-2A program, you must first secure compliant housing. You can use existing compliant housing in your area if available or provide / build your own compliant housing. Farm worker housing must be built and maintained to pass state and federal regulations.

On-site Consultation or Mock Inspection: $500*

*Includes complete Housing Compliance Binder and Portal Package (see below)
*plus mileage from closest wafla field office
*Receive a $500 discount on your first wafla H-2A contract

Includes a thorough walk-through of your housing to check for anything that might not be in compliance and a report that identifies steps necessary to pass your housing inspection.

The best way to ensure you pass your inspection the first time and avoid costly delays in certification is by having our field staff on-site for a Mock Inspection of your housing.
