Wafla is the premier provider of training and continuing education for agricultural employers. We host educational webinars on industry-specific labor issues at no cost to wafla members. We convene events to update our members and share best practices and regulatory updates on state/federal labor and employment compliance, H-2A, and industry-specific labor issues.

Our annual H-2A Summits in Oregon and Washington gather seasonal employers and industry experts to equip you with tools and tips for retaining a trained and motivated workforce.

Wafla also assists the G.S. Long Co. with leading training sessions at its annual Winter Ag Academies. These events feature three training tracks (Owner/HR, Supervisor/Crew Leader, Worker) in three locations to educate and equip you and your team with ideas and best practices from labor experts.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Cancellations must occur 24 hours before the event or 7 days before for our larger conferences and summits as we incur food, beverage, and other costs associated with anticipated attendance. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. We do not require payment before entry as a convenience and courtesy to our members.
