The handbook covers the essentials for seasonal employers in an easy to understand condensed booklet format (5.5" x 8.5" - i.e. regular sheet of paper folded in half) with a card stock shell (4 colors available) English and Spanish language combined to one booklet. The handbook costs $500 and contains the major policies and required language we believe are most helpful when dealing with government agencies.
The $500 cost includes a consultation with an HR professional where you will be able to ask questions and discuss requested modifications. If you desire additional policies or more substantial modifications, there will be an additional fee billed at $50 per hour. Please keep in mind adding additional policies is not recommended for several reasons, and there is also page limit for this product due to its booklet format.

We have secured an excellent rate for the printing of the handbooks. It costs well under $2 per handbook.

The handbook balance (additional customization fees if applicable, tax, printing, and flat shipping & handling fee of $50) will be invoiced after the print job has been sent to the printer.

At the time of your next order, we will review your handbook and include any applicable state or federal updates at no additional charge. You may add additional policies that will be billed at $50 per hour and will only be billed for any requested additional policies, printing, and shipping & handling flat fee ($50).

ONE: Complete Handbook Request form below.
TWO: We will email your draft handbook for your review and further instruction regarding scheduling your consult within 2 days receipt of the handbook payment.
THREE: Upon final approval of your handbook and the print order being placed, you will be invoiced the remaining balance and the handbooks will be shipped directly to you.
