The Affordable Care Act  Now What?

The Supreme Court has upheld most parts of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and regardless of who is elected this fall, there is little or no chance that the law will be tossed out before employers, including many seasonal employers, will need to provide healthcare – or pay a fine – for all workers.

The deadline to act is January 1, 2014.  That is less than 17 months away.

Join us for this Webinar to learn about a low cost, low overhead alternative to healthcare.

This FREE Webinar is sponsored and presented by LyfeBank, a Washington company that offers a simple “Defined Contribution” plan for employers.   LyfeBank will explain how the ACA allows employers to give a “Defined Contribution” for employees,  and why this company believes that it has created the simplest way for employers to meet the ACA Employer Mandate.

LyfeBank believes that its plan is particularly useful for agriculture and food processing operations, where a premium is placed on a simple, low cost way to meet the ACA requirement.  The LyfeBank defined contribution program permits combining pre-tax money from other employers or a second job to give employees more healthcare purchasing power.

Its time to start collecting information and reviewing your options!
