Mission Statement

The Washington Farm Labor Association’s mission is to facilitate a legal and stable workforce for seasonal employers in the Pacific Northwest. To that end, we are the premier provider of labor and employment consulting services for these employers.

Our mission is accomplished by undertaking activities that assist seasonal employers in attracting a quality workforce. We recognize that migrant and seasonal work is too hard a profession to attract sufficient workers, and therefore we must compensate by offering working conditions that are unsurpassed in our nation and the world. In this respect, we are partnering with local and statewide agricultural associations, migrant health clinics, community colleges, and others who can help us serve farmers and farm workers.
